초록
The optical properties of Fabry-Perot microcavity structyre with organic light emitting material(tris(8-hydroxyquinoline)aluminum(Alq3))have been studied by measuring the photoluminescence(PL) and the transmittance. A bare Alq3 film of [air/Alq3/GLASS] had a PL peak around 513nm with the FWHM of 80 nm.
