3단 위상조절의 디지털DLL

초록

An all-digital DLL with three phase tuning stages is designed. The very fine phase tuning can be achieved by adopting the vernier delay line structure in the last phase tuning stage. With the proposed structure, the phase resolution around 10ps can be achieved using 0.35um CMOS process.
